Milo

What's Included:

Milo is a dark seal Himalayan Persian who has been part of our family and cattery for many years\. He has now reached retirement age, and because we are downsizing our cattery, we are looking for a quiet, loving forever home where he can spend his retirement being spoiled\. Milo was **NCFA registered**, but I cannot guarantee that I still have his original registration papers\. I may be able to locate a photograph I took of them for anyone who would really like to see them\. Milo will be placed in a lion cut\. He is not particularly impressed with being groomed, although he will tolerate it\. We have found that he is happier and more comfortable when his coat is kept shaved\. He is extremely affectionate, loves sitting on your lap, and would make a wonderful companion for someone wanting a calm, lazy little lap cat\. He is not overly active and enjoys relaxing and being close to his people\. I would strongly prefer for Milo to be neutered before leaving\. I am only asking enough to help cover the cost of having that completed\. **Neutered before leaving: $400** A deposit will be required to reserve him while his neuter appointment is completed\. I may possibly consider allowing him to leave unneutered for **$150**, but only under a strict neuter contract\. His new owner would be required to have him neutered within the agreed timeframe and provide proof\. If he is not neutered as required, he must be returned to me\. At this time, I am still unsure whether I am comfortable allowing him to leave before being neutered, so preference will be given to a home willing to wait until the procedure is completed\. It will be very sad to see Milo leave after having him with us for so many years\. Finding a safe, loving retirement home for him is extremely important to me\.
