He is a lap cat and loves attention. He can be a tad clingy and may follow you around the house. He does like cat trees. If he feels he hasn't got enough attention he may reach out with his paw to let you know. He does get along with other cats, I'm not sure about dogs. He is roughly almost three years old. I received him from someone who could no longer care for him. My cat Oso has a love/hate relationship with him and it's affecting him (Oso). Finnegan is a loveable foster cat. He has been microchipped and I'm getting that info from my vet.
