British Shorthair kitten no. 1 — cinnamon and fawn lines
Five British Shorthair kittens were born September 2, 2026 in our home in Illinois. This listing is for kitten no. 1.
Sex and color are not confirmed yet. Both will be updated here as soon as we have them.
The parents:
Sire: cinnamon British Shorthair from imported European lines. PKD1 normal, FeLV/FIV negative. TICA registered.
Dam: lilac British Shorthair from imported European lines, first litter.
What that pairing means for the kittens: neither parent carries a black gene, so there will be no black kitten and no blue kitten in this litter. Every kitten falls in the chocolate or cinnamon family, which is the rarer end of the British Shorthair color range. Every kitten also inherits a copy of the dilute gene from the dam.
Raised underfoot in our home alongside children and dogs. Not caged, not kept in a separate room.
Available at 12 weeks. Altered before going home, age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, vet health check, records packet, starter food and a comfort item.
Pickup in Illinois, car nanny, or in-cabin flight nanny to most US cities. Delivery quoted separately.
$2,800 to $3,200 depending on confirmed color. Visit our website for updates and information about the process, or message us if you'd like to talk one-on-one about your interests.
