Kittens come pedigreed and registered with TICA (The International Cat Association), spayed or neutered, microchipped, with all of their shots to date including Rabies and Feline Leukemia, which I feel are both important for your kittens health in the future. Snowshoes are known for their longevity, many living 20 years and older. My cats are genetically tested to ensure that we are not passing on any negative or detrimental diseases. My cats test negative for between 41-45 genetic markers (depending on the test used) including markers for PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy), Cardiomyopathy, PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) among many, many others. I would never breed a cat who has tested positive for ANY genetic disease marker. Please feel very comfortable that you are adding a healthy and happy new member to your family without the worry of your kitten coming with a hidden genetic predisposition. Kittens have a 3 year genetic disease guarantee! I have 1 female and 1 male available currently from this litter. These Snowshoe kittens are from a Quadruple Grand Champion Father, Mateo, who was imported from the UK from a world renown breeder, Kate Gee, SapphireStar Snowshoes and mother, Bonnie Blue, who was imported from Australia from a world renowned breeder, Cathy Webb, Skiboots Snowshoes. My breeding cats are all Pedigreed and Registered with TICA (The International Cat Association). Kittens may only go to new homes after they are a minimum of 13-14 weeks old. This is to ensure that they are happy, well-adjusted, well-socialized kittens. The older they are within that first year, the better kitten and cat that YOU are going to have. Those first few months are especially important to their development to make sure that you have an amazing new family member.
