Ollie is expected to arrive in the U.S. in mid-October and will come with:
• Genetic health screening
• 3 FVRCP vaccines
• Deworming
• Negative FIV/FeLV testing
• Negative PCR fecal testing
• Chinese veterinary records
• U.S. veterinary evaluation after arrival
• Copies of his health and testing paperwork
• International transportation/flight nanny to the U.S.
His $3,000 fee reflects the costs of purchasing him, international transportation, health testing, vaccines, and veterinary care rather than being priced for profit.
Ollie comes from a small CFA-affiliated breeder in China. Please note that Ollie will not come with individual CFA registration papers. We will, however, provide his available veterinary records and genetic health screening, including screening for inherited conditions such as PKD and HCM.
Serious families are welcome to FaceTime with us and set up an in-person meet and greet with Ollie in Jersey City once he arrives in mid-October. That way, you can meet him, experience his cuddles for yourself, and see if he feels like the perfect addition to your family!
We think Ollie would do really well with backpack and leash training. We’re happy to provide training tips and help. Also happy to provide a starter kit with royal canin wet food, toys, litter etc to get him adjusted to his new home. We recommend royal canin kitten wet/dry food and tofu based litter (or a low dust clay litter).
I can also connect you with low-cost neutering, microchipping and rabies vaccines opportunities in Manhattan. We have gotten are kitties spayed at the Humane Society of New York for a flat rate of $120 per cat. We recommend waiting until Ollie is 5 pounds and at least 6 months before neutering him.
Ollie is a beautiful cream tabby British Longhair with blue eyes, born 6/15/26. He is the cuddliest kitten of his litter: an affectionate little purr and biscuit machine who loves being held, snuggling, and playing with other cats.
He is mellow, trusting, easy to handle, and fully litter trained. Most of all, Ollie absolutely loves people. He is one of the most people-oriented cats we’ve ever met and would be perfect for a family looking for an especially affectionate companion.
We’re a couple in our 20s; I work in environmental science and my partner is in dental school. We already have four beloved cats and realized that five is simply too many for our apartment, so we’re hoping to find Ollie a wonderful home where he can get all the attention he deserves.

Feel free to email emmareder15@gmail.com with a little about yourself, including your name, current living situation (family members and pets), experience with British Shorthairs/Longhairs or other cats, and whether you’re prepared for routine and unexpected veterinary expenses.
We’ll set up a FaceTime call with prospective families and, once Ollie arrives, in-person meet and greets. We’d prefer to find him a home in the NYC/New Jersey area so we can meet his future family in person and make sure he’s a great fit.
Our priority is finding Ollie a loving, responsible forever home where he’ll get plenty of attention and affection. :)
