Exclusive Co-Ownership Opportunity Because he has played such an important role within Diamond Dollz Premium Cattery, I am seeking a breeder who values honesty, transparency, ethical breeding practices, and open communication through a mutually beneficial co-ownership partnership. Under this arrangement, he would reside permanently with his new owner while continuing to contribute to both breeding programs. The purchasing breeder would have the opportunity to use him as a sire for their Persian queens, while I retain agreed-upon breeding privileges for my own queens at mutually convenient times. This allows his exceptional bloodline to continue benefiting both catteries while he enjoys the stability of one loving home. The purchasing breeder will assume responsibility for his daily care, nutrition, grooming, veterinary care, and overall well-being while he is in their possession. Any health care, breeding expenses, pregnancy-related care, veterinary costs, or kitten care associated with the purchaser’s queens and resulting litters will remain solely their responsibility. Likewise, whenever he is bred to one of my queens, I will assume full responsibility for the health, veterinary care, pregnancy, delivery, and care of my queen and her resulting litter. Each breeder remains fully responsible for the health and welfare of their own breeding cats and kittens. To preserve the integrity and legacy of his bloodline, I prefer to remain the primary holder of his original CFA registration and pedigree documentation. However, I am open to discussing which party will maintain authority to register litters, provided a comprehensive written co-ownership agreement is established. Any such agreement will clearly define each party’s breeding rights, litter registration responsibilities, health obligations, and long-term expectations, ensuring fairness and protecting both breeding programs.
