Parents are on-site with genetic papers. Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, and veterinary attention. Seller has 10 years of experience and guarantees the kittens' health at the time of sale. No returns or refunds after sale unless a serious health issue is found within [time period]. Buyer agrees not to sell or rehome the kittens without notifying the seller. Delivery or pick-up is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
