Bailey is an amazing little Calico girl. She came from a rescue and has been with me for just under a month. She is very sweet and her colors are just beautiful.
Bailey has been spayed, vet checked, and is up to date on all vaccinations including her rabies tag. She is also microchipped. She will have all of her vet paperwork. I call her a Calico kitten but I guess that is not a breed. She has shorthair, which she keeps very clean.
Bailey will have a bed, two litter boxes, two scratching posts, lots of interactive toys and dry and wet food. Plus kitty litter. You won't have to buy any food for at least two months. Bailey likes to talk to you, she is very sweet!
Bailey is an indoor only cat. She loves to explore and will find her way into everything. The first week I had her, I thought she was hiding under my dresser, so I didn't worry. After a couple of hours I thought she should have come out by now, so tried to look under and used a toy on a plastic stick and she wasn't under there. I looked everywhere and was panicking. I was calling her name but she didn't recognize it yet. I was opening every cupboard and suddenly there she was asleep on top of the towels in my linen closet! LOL I must have closed the door without seeing her.
She will come and sleep next to you in the middle of the night. But, that is by "her choice" She is my first cat ever and cats have a whole different way of loving you. By ignoring her Bailey decided to come and groom me on the second week. Didn't know cats have a sandpaper tongue! She likes to sleep in the window or on a tall dresser. I live in an apartment and put out 2 litter boxes and clean them twice a day, so she is used to a clean box. I think that is important. Also, I feed her small portions (about 1/4 cup) 3 times a day. First dry in the morning, then wet pate, then dry again after 6pm.
