What's Included:

Vet health papers from initial visit (occured on May 12th) and his second visit (occurred on June 25th) which included his first and 2nd distemper shots and two de-worming doses and his 1 year Rabies vaccine. We will also be including enough dry and wet food of what he’s been eating to get her switched to a food you wish to use if desired. She is litter trained using Okocat Pine Litter.
