Written contract with health guarantee; parents are HCM scanned normal; up to date on vaccines, microchip, go home bag. Kittens are neutered before leaving. It is safe in cats (unlike dogs). If you are looking at prices and you get a kittens that is not altered- add $400-600 to the breeder price. Responsible breeders alter kittens before sending them off. Will deliver anywhere in USA for cost of airline ticket plus courier fee. I also know a good flight nanny you can use as well.
