The kittens in this litter developed a stress/fever coat at ~8 weeks. It’s not really noticeable on the red kitties but it’s very noticeable on the ones with black coats (black, black smoke, black torties) so the kittens have reddish brown coloration where they are actually black or smoke/silver. It is is not what the kitten will look like as it grows; the earlier pictures show what coloring to expect when the coat corrects itself with the exception that the smoke will be more pronounced. Shown as separate listings now. Six kittens are boys and three are girls. Three red boys, one with a lighter face - the other two are very similar so one has a collar on. Red smoke boy Black smoke boy Black boy Two black torties Black smoke tortie Super sweet and loving Maine Coon with giant blood lines. The kitten is going to steal your heart. Gets along with cats and dogs. Maine Coons are known for being very dog like and some are leashed trained and go on walks with their humans and some are adventure kitties. Others happily stay indoors. They have magnificent personalities that brighten the lives of their humans.
