Devon Rex, Russian Blue

We are looking for an addition to our family that has more hair than the rest of us, is good with kids/teenagers, friendly, cuddly, and ok with a low-key lifestyle. We don't mind if they are not a kitten. Would prefer them to be spayed or neutered.
