Their first round of vaccination shots, and general check up. They will not be spayed/neutered, parents pedigree available for purchase (Breeding rights), $500 per kitten. If you buy the kitten without the breeding rights, you can claim the fathers pedigree with a valid receipt from the vet for having the kitten spayed within 3 months. I guarantee the kitten will be in good health at the time of purchase.
