I have a large cat tree you can have if you'd like it. Litter boxes. Food. Medical records. Can take him to get a vet check-up before pick-up if you'd like. He has a microchip.
Mordecai is a black domestic shorthair who is de-clawed both front and back (my son has a severe bleeding disorder so it was medically necessary to prevent bleeding from scratches). He is a very lovable cat but he gets stressed out easily around small children. My son used to scream at him when he'd see him and that kind of ruined him on kids even though my kids are nice now. He has a lot of personality and, before my kids were in the picture, he used to play fetch, loved to play with string toys and other toys, and has always been very cuddly.
I recently relocated to Texas and while he used to have a whole basement to himself, undisturbed by children, he no longer has that here so he just hides most of the time and is pretty stressed out. When he is stressed out he does tend to urinate to signal his displeasure. As long as he has a good litter box situation and isn't around dogs or small children he's very happy and there's been no issues with urination but he does do it when stressed. The ideal situation would be a new home without small children. He would be fine with age 10+ but small children stress him out. He's also not a fan of dogs and hides from the very friendly family dog.
