3. Pets Only Agreement: The cat is sold to the Buyer as a pet only. It is strictly prohibited to use the cat for breeding purposes. Any attempt to breed the cat would be a breach of this Agreement. 4. Outdoor Prohibition: Due to the Ragdoll breed’s docile nature, the cat is vulnerable to predators and other outside threats. The Buyer agrees that the cat shall be kept strictly indoors and shall not be allowed to roam outside under any circumstances. 5. Declawing Prohibition: The Buyer agrees not to declaw the cat. Declawing is a harmful and painful procedure that has lasting negative effects on a cat’s health and well-being. Engaging in such practices would be considered a breach of this Agreement. 6. Return Policy: If, for any reason, the Buyer cannot keep the cat, the Buyer agrees to return the cat to the Breeder. The Buyer shall not abandon, give away, or sell the cat without the Breeder’s written permission. 7. Indemnification: The Buyer shall indemnify and hold the Breeder harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement by the Buyer. 8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. 9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].
